Approach

Access by public transport:

Take one of the following to the station ‘La Défense Grande Arche’ and exit this station via ‘Sortie B – Dôme’: 

  • Metro Line 1
  • RER A
  • Tramway 2
  • Metropolitan buses
  • SNCF Rail Network

Walk around La Grande Arche (the large arch-shaped construction) to the left. Then, head off left until you are facing the Société Générale Towers. Halfway to the Tours Société Générale, after passing the Le Renaissance hotel, turn right to access the Place Ronde. - This takes around 10 minutes on foot from the station La Défense Grande Arche.

From the Paris airports, the journey takes around 60 minutes.

From the centre of Paris, the journey takes around 30 minutes.

By car:

From the Boulevard Circulaire (ring-road): 
Just after passing the exit ‘Sortie Défense 6’, move into the left-hand lane and then take the exit ‘Sortie Défense 7’. Exit 7 comes after exit 6 and exit 12. 

Arriving by the motorway A86:
Take the exit ‘Sortie 1’. Then, take the D914 heading towards ‘Nanterre Parc’. Continue following towards ‘La Défense-Paris’. Turn right onto the Boulevard Pesaro, leaving ‘Paris - La Défense autres secteurs’ on your left. Follow ‘Valmy/Kupka’, then turn left at the traffic light to cross the Picasso Bridge (‘Pont Picasso’); this leaves you opposite the street ‘Rue des Longues Raies’. 

Arriving by the motorway A14: 
At the exit from the tunnel, turn left at the traffic light and take the exit ‘Sortie La Défense 7’ to join the ‘Boulevard circulaire’ (ring-road). 

Public parking is available in the Valmy carpark. 
Your destination is around 2 minutes’ walk from the Valmy carpark.

From the Paris airports, the journey takes around 75 minutes.

From the centre of Paris, the journey takes around 45 minutes. 

By taxi:

Follow the same directions for access by car and then follow the signs for ‘Livraisons Taxis’, ‘Valmy Kupka’, then ‘Taxi Valmy’.
